The 3rd Annual Grand Lake St. Mary’s Polar Bear Plunge will take place on March 6, 2010. Plungers are asked to raise a “bear” minimum of $75 to participate. All activities for this plunge will take place at the Celina Moose Lodge including the Post Plunge celebration and awards ceremony. Join the fun and help us to raise more money for the deserving Special Olympics athletes in Ohio. The Grand Lake St. Mary’s plunge is one of nine Polar Bear Plunge fundraising events in Ohio througout the months of January – March, 2010.

The Celina Moose Lodge is happy to announce that we will be offering several scholarships for $500 each this year to the graduating Senior Class of 2010. In order to be eligible for these scholarships, the student’s father, mother, or legal guardian must be a Moose member in good standing. The student must have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale (C+). The scholarship may be used to fund any advanced schooling the recipient chooses: college, technical school, vocational school, etc.
